YOU MUST WEAR A MASK

The state of Florida is now requiring that clients wear masks. I will be wearing one as well. It can be disposable, handmade, or even a bandana or scarf. The appointment cannot take place without you having a mask on. Please bring one with you to your appointment or one will be provided.

  

SYMPTOMS

If you are experiencing any symptoms and/or have come in contact with someone who has tested positive or are experiencing symptoms, please contact me to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in cancelling your appointment upon arrival and the cancellation fee will apply. Visit ‘Policies’ for details on the cancellation policy.

Symptoms may include but are not limited to:

  1. Chills

  2. Cough

  3. Fever

  4. Shortness of breath

  5. Sore throat

  6. Muscle aches

  7. Loss of taste or smell

 

WASHING HANDS

Upon arrival you will have the opportunity to wash your hands. Hand sanitizer will also be available.

 

NO GUESTS

As usual, please do not bring a guest to your appointment.

HOW TO BEST PREPARE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

Arrive to all scheduled appointments with squeaky clean lashes. [do not cleanse with any products containing oil/glycerin] They need to be cleaned sufficiently in order for great retention and healthy lashes! One good wash right before your appointment will not be sufficient enough to cleanse multiple days worth of build-up.

You will need to maintain a regular cleaning schedule.

Not doing so will:

  • damage the health of your natural lashes.

  • close all of your fluffy fans.

  • break down the adhesive, so extensions will pop off.

  • leave dead skin and oily residue on your lashes which make it impossible to apply new fans.

 


P A Y M E N T

Upon booking your appointment, you will be requested to enter a card to secure your booked time slot. During checkout after our session, you will be able to use the card you linked for payment or you may choose to use a different card. I do not accept VENMO or CASHAPP as a form of payment.

Cash and all major credit cards are also acceptable.

 


T H I N G S   T O   R E M E M B E R

- Guests are not allowed to accompany you during your service.

- Cellphones, please keep in mind that your appointment is booked for a specific time frame and cellphone use during the appointment may take out time from your appointment.

- Headphones are great for listening to your favorite music, audio book, or podcast. This will keep you and your eyes relaxed!

- Laying still for 2-3 hours is a long time. Make sure you can lay VERY STILL for these extended lengths without any issue.

- Avoid caffeine [this will cause your eyes to flutter]

- Avoid drinking too much water prior to your service as you will not be able to use the restroom during your appointment.

- UNWIND & ENJOY this is your time to relax while you get pampered.

 


 AFTERCARE

A Lash Bath that is specifically designed for lash extensions and a fluffy eyeshadow brush is highly recommended to protect your investment. This will care for the health of your natural lashes and give you optimal retention. Please read the AFTERCARE page on how to best protect your investment!
