CANCELLATION POLICY

Allow 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule any service to avoid a service charge. By giving last minute notice or no notice at all, it prevents someone else from being able to schedule into that time slot. I apologize for any inconvenience this presents, but I cannot allow any exceptions.

100% of service payment is required for the following condition:

          - Less than 24-hour notification to cancel or reschedule.

          - No-show or missed appointment.

          - Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes.


 LATE ARRIVALS

I cannot accommodate late arrivals as each service is structured with the appropriate time. Your late arrival may limit my ability to offer the fullest possible experience. I value each client's time and cannot allow a clients late arrival to run into the schedule of my other clients. For this reason, if you are 15 minutes late your appointment it will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please be aware that late arrivals past 15 minutes will be responsible for full payment of the service regardless of how much time is left in your appointment. 


NO GUESTS

Due to liability concerns and the nature of my services, I do not allow guests to accompany you during your service. Children, family, friends, and pets may be a safety hazard. Please arrange for appropriate childcare.


ARRIVALS

Please arrive promptly as I do schedule client's back to back. I do work from a salon-based studio, so please park your car anywhere in front of the building. Upon entering the Lobby, you may dial my extension (#36) using the phone to let me know you've arrived.


FILLS VS FULL SETS

Fills are required every 2-3 weeks with 50% of your extensions remaining. Coming to your appointment with less than 50% will require a full set. 

[This will more than likely result in rescheduling + 100% of your fill service fee] 

Fills that are scheduled beyond 3 weeks from your previous appointment are required to schedule a full set. Please inform me a minimum of 48 hours before your appointment if you have less than 50% of lashes to avoid a fee.


CLEAN LASHES

You MUST arrive with a squeaky clean lash line, free of build up for every appointment. This means routinely and adequately cleansing your lash line. Washing your lashes the day of will not remove layers of build up that can accumulate from oils, dead skin, and makeup. In order to preserve the health of your natural lashes and to maintain the ability to perform the service (newly placed lashes will not correctly bond to dirty lashes.) Cleansing your lashes everyday will prolong the life of your extensions and keep your natural lashes perfectly healthy.


SCHEDULING 

All scheduling is done through my booking site. Click here to schedule your appointment. It is advised to schedule appointments in advance to ensure availability.

-Failure to pay for missed or late cancellations will result in suspension from all booking services until payments are made in full. 


RETURNS OR REFUNDS

There are no refunds offered to any services and all sales are final. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your service, contact me within 24 hours to book a one-time 1 hour complimentary follow-up. This appointment must be booked for a day that is within 7 days of your original appointment. All sales are final.


OUTSIDE CLIENT FILLS

If you currently have extensions applied by another lash artist and want to book an appointment, I require a removal + full set so that I can ensure optimal health for your natural lashes and lash line.
